Data We Collect
When you sign the ONE DAY oath, we may collect the following information:
Optional. Displayed publicly on the signatories list only if you consent.
Used to send your oath confirmation and a reminder on July 7th, 2026.
Optional. Used to populate the global map and country leaderboard.
A temporary anti-fraud signal retained for 24 hours only. Used to prevent duplicate signatures.

Email reminders
To send you a confirmation email when you sign, and a reminder on July 7th, 2026.
Kindness reporting
If you choose to report a kindness act on July 7th, your report may be displayed on the live dashboard.
Anti-fraud protection
The device fingerprint is used solely to detect and prevent duplicate or bot signatures.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained until you request its deletion. The device fingerprint used for anti-fraud purposes is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
After July 7th, 2026, anonymised aggregate statistics (total signatures per country, total count) may be retained indefinitely for historical record purposes. No personal data is included in these aggregates.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate july7th.world. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
Stores signatures and kindness reports. Data is hosted in the EU region.
Sends confirmation and reminder emails on our behalf.
Verifies that signatory submissions are made by humans, not bots.
Hosts and serves the july7th.world website globally.

Terms of Use
Free Service
july7th.world is entirely free to use. There is no account, no password, and no subscription. Signing the ONE DAY oath requires only an email address. The movement is non-commercial and does not charge any fee for participation.
The Kindness Oath
By signing the ONE DAY oath, you make a personal, voluntary commitment to choose kindness on July 7th, 2026. The oath is a moral commitment, not a legally binding contract.
You agree to the spirit of the oath: to act with kindness, respect, and non-violence toward every person you encounter on July 7th, 2026.
Content Moderation
If you submit a kindness report on July 7th, 2026, that content may be displayed publicly on the live dashboard and map. By submitting, you grant ONE DAY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your report.
We reserve the right to remove or decline to display any report that is hateful, violent, misleading, or inconsistent with the spirit of the movement. Moderation decisions are final.
No Commercial Use of User Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
Your data will never be used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the ONE DAY oath platform as described in this Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
ONE DAY is a grassroots movement. We make no guarantee that any specific outcome — including ceasefires, governmental actions, or measurable reductions in violence — will result from the movement. The site is provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
